  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Mix until the ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  • Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Unwrap the rolls and cut into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is softened to make mixing easier and prevent tearing the tortillas. You can prepare these pinwheels a day in advance and keep them refrigerated, making them a convenient option for parties or gatherings. Experiment with different fillings such as smoked turkey or roasted red peppers to customize the flavors to your preference.
