Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup canned corn drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions to the mixture and stir well.
  • Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice until evenly distributed.
  • Sprinkle the chili powder over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula.
  • Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, consider adding diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce. This dip pairs well with tortilla chips or fresh-cut vegetables. Adjust the seasoning to your preference, and feel free to experiment with additional spices or herbs to suit your taste.
