Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  • Add ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned.
  • Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  • Add shredded carrots and cabbage to the skillet and mix well.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Extra Tips: For a more flavorful dish, you can add a few drops of fish sauce and a squeeze of lime juice. Adjust the level of spice by varying the amount of red pepper flakes. If you prefer a lighter dish, substitute ground turkey for ground pork. Serve the Egg Roll in a Bowl over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
