Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until fully cooked.
  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place the scrambled eggs on one slice of bread.
  • Top the eggs with a slice of cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
  • Cover with the other slice of bread, spread side down.
  • Cut the sandwich in half with a knife and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of milk or cream to the eggs before whisking. Feel free to customize your sandwich by adding bacon or avocado for extra flavor. Make sure not to overcook the eggs to keep them soft and fluffy.
