Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup coffee brewed
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggnog, brewed coffee, rum, and ground cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Dip each ladyfinger into the eggnog coffee mixture and arrange a layer in a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • Sift cocoa powder over the top layer of mascarpone.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For the best results, ensure that the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream are cold before mixing to achieve a fluffy and smooth consistency. Additionally, use freshly brewed coffee for a robust flavor, and feel free to adjust the amount of rum to your preference for a stronger or milder kick.
