Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
  • Add olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and dried oregano.
  • Season with black pepper and mix well.
  • Let the dip rest for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.

Notes

To achieve a creamier texture, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor. Additionally, adjust the seasoning according to your taste, and consider adding a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick. This dip can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
