Ingredients
  

  • 4 piece chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the feta cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the chicken.
  • Scatter cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

For extra tips, ensure that the chicken is evenly coated with the feta mixture for maximum flavor. It's important not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy and tender. If available, use fresh oregano for a more vibrant flavor. Serve with a side of warm bread or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
