Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumbers and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Thinly slice the red onion.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  • Toss everything gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients, especially the dill and lemon juice, as they significantly enhance the salad's flavor. Adjust the amount of feta cheese and seasoning to your preference, and consider adding your favorite herbs or a splash of balsamic vinegar for a variation.
