Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
  • Evenly distribute the black olives, red onions, and spinach leaves over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the dried oregano and red pepper flakes over the toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

When preparing Feta Pizza, ensure the dough is at room temperature before rolling to make it more pliable. Feel free to add additional toppings such as sun-dried tomatoes or roasted peppers for extra flavor. If you prefer a crispier crust, bake the pizza directly on a preheated pizza stone.
