Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the vegetable mixture.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality feta cheese as it adds a rich, creamy flavor to the salad. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste, and for a more varied texture, consider adding olives or bell peppers. If you prefer a milder onion taste, soak the sliced onions in cold water for a few minutes before adding them to the salad.
