Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled Feta cheese and plain Greek yogurt.
  • Add the olive oil and fresh lemon juice to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and chopped fresh dill.
  • Season the mixture with black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the sauce to a serving dish or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality Feta cheese and fresh herbs. If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add a tablespoon of water or more olive oil. This sauce pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a dip for fresh bread. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference, and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
