Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil extra-virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the crumbled Feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash and combine the Feta, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, fresh dill, parsley, and mint.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve the Feta Aufstrich with bread or crackers.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality Feta cheese and fresh herbs. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference, and feel free to add a splash more lemon juice for extra tanginess. This spread can be made a day ahead, allowing the flavors to develop even further, and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
