Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 100 grams Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the crumbled feta cheese and halved cherry tomatoes to the blender or food processor.
  • Pour in the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt into the mixture.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe cherry tomatoes to enhance the natural sweetness in the dip. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference, particularly the salt, as feta cheese can vary in saltiness. This dip pairs wonderfully with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or crackers.
