  • 1 sharp knife

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams pancit canton noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 cup chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a large pot and cook the pancit canton noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breast and cook until lightly browned.
  • Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth, stirring well.
  • Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon slices on the side.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can marinate the chicken in soy sauce and a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes before cooking. Also, feel free to adjust the amount of sauce ingredients to your preference, and add more vegetables or protein like pork or tofu to cater to your taste.
