Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken breast cut into bites
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Add the chicken bites to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken bites to the skillet and toss them with the garlic butter.
  • Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the chicken to achieve a crispy, golden crust. Be careful not to burn the garlic; it should be lightly sautéed to enhance the flavor without becoming bitter. Resting the chicken allows the juices to redistribute, making it more tender and flavorful.
