Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Basting brush

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 3 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets using a basting brush.
  • Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For optimal results, ensure the salmon fillets are of uniform thickness to allow for even cooking. If you prefer a more charred finish, you can broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
