Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in the remaining butter and lemon juice until fully melted and combined.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
