Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles in a large pot according to package instructions and drain using a colander.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the red and green bell peppers and cook until slightly softened.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
  • Pour in soy sauce, chili paste, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix everything thoroughly until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the amount of chili paste or add fresh chopped chilies. To add protein, consider including tofu, chicken, or shrimp. Make sure not to overcook the noodles during boiling to maintain a firm texture in the final dish. Adjust seasoning to taste and use low-sodium soy sauce if desired.
