Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cauliflower with Parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cauliflower is cut into similar-sized florets for even cooking. If you prefer a crunchier texture, extend the cooking time by a few minutes but keep a close eye to prevent burning. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste, and consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a fresh zing.
