Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 3 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
  • Transfer the blended mixture to a large bowl.
  • Add tomato juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil to the bowl.
  • Stir in salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients well until fully combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve chilled with a sprinkle of fresh basil on top if desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe and juicy tomatoes as they are the star of this dish. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference, and feel free to add more cayenne pepper if you prefer a spicier gazpacho. Gazpacho is a versatile dish; you can experiment by adding other vegetables or herbs to suit your taste.
