Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach washed
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Onions
  • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the cutting board.
  • Layer each slice with one slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Add half of the baby spinach, caramelized onions, and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  • Place another slice of cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • Carefully transfer the sandwiches to the preheated skillet.
  • Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them rest for 2 minutes on the cutting board.
  • Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
