Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes diced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix until smooth using a fork.
  • Stir in the chopped dill, mint, and minced garlic.
  • Season the mixture with black pepper and red chili flakes.
  • Gently fold in the capers and diced cherry tomatoes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving plate or bowl.
  • Garnish with extra dill and mint if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality feta cheese as it will provide a creamier texture and richer flavor. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to taste, adding more lemon juice for tanginess or more chili flakes for heat. This dip pairs well with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
