Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • 200 grams feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry the salad greens thoroughly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
  • Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter for presentation.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh and high-quality ingredients, especially the feta cheese and olive oil. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. If you prefer a more tangy flavor, add an extra splash of red wine vinegar. This salad is best served immediately to maintain the crispness of the vegetables.
