  • 1 pair of tongs
  • 1 Small mixing bowl
  • 1 Basting brush
  • 1 plate

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta Cheese Block
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the feta cheese block into four equal pieces.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Use a basting brush to coat the feta pieces with the olive oil mixture on all sides.
  • Place the feta pieces on the preheated grill using tongs.
  • Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and the cheese is slightly softened.
  • Remove the grilled feta from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes on a plate.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure the grill is properly preheated to avoid the feta sticking to the grill surface. Be gentle when turning the feta to prevent it from breaking apart. You can experiment by adding different herbs or spices to the olive oil mixture for varied flavors. Serve with crusty bread or fresh vegetables for a complete appetizer.
