Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over them.
  • Use a basting brush to evenly coat the salmon fillets with the sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, choose fresh salmon fillets that are similar in thickness to ensure even cooking. You can also line the baking dish with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce to taste if you prefer a sweeter or saltier flavor. If you like a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture.
