Equipment

  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients

  • 450 grams salmon fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss them gently to coat well with the sauce.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon bites from the skillet and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish the salmon bites with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the salmon is cut into uniform-sized pieces to promote even cooking. Adjust the amount of honey and garlic to suit your taste preferences, and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
