Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Use a brush to coat each salmon fillet with the honey mustard mixture.
  • Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, choose fresh salmon fillets with skin on to prevent sticking and enhance flavor. If you prefer a more caramelized top, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking, but keep a close eye to prevent burning. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and serve alongside steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
