Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the cooked spinach and garlic mixture until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, make sure your cream cheese is softened to ensure it blends smoothly with the other ingredients. You can also prepare the dip a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator, then bake it just before serving. This dip pairs wonderfully with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
