Jif Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Peeler (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Jif Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the banana into small pieces.
  • Add the banana slices to the blender.
  • Pour the milk into the blender.
  • Add Jif Peanut Butter to the blender.
  • Drizzle honey into the blender.
  • Add ice to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use a banana that is slightly overripe. You can substitute almond milk or another milk alternative if preferred. Adjust the amount of honey to taste, or omit it if you prefer a less sweet smoothie. If you want a thicker smoothie, consider adding more ice or a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt.
