Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the chicken to marinate for a longer period if time permits to enhance the flavor. Be careful not to overcook the chicken to maintain its juiciness, and consider using the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking to achieve a crispy skin.
