  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Butter knife
  • 1 plate

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 medium Mango peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Place the slices of bread on the cutting board.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  • Arrange the mango slices evenly on two of the bread slices.
  • Drizzle honey over the mango slices.
  • Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top of the mango.
  • Place the remaining bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
  • Press down gently and let the sandwiches rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cut each sandwich in half and serve on a plate.

Notes

For the best results, choose ripe and sweet mangoes with a firm texture to ensure the sandwich holds together well. Feel free to experiment with different types of bread or add a handful of fresh mint leaves for an extra burst of flavor.
