Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Watermelon cubed
  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 small Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 10 grams Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl with the watermelon.
  • Slice the red onion thinly and add it to the bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad ingredients.
  • Sprinkle chopped mint leaves, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
  • Gently toss all ingredients in the bowl until they are well combined.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, consider chilling the watermelon cubes in the refrigerator before assembling the salad. This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or can be served on its own as a light, summery appetizer. Adjust the amount of feta and mint based on personal preference for a perfect balance of flavors.
