  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine walnuts, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Press the walnut mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  • Remove the cream from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until fully combined.
  • Pour the white chocolate filling into the cooled walnut crust.
  • Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

For best results, make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the chocolate filling to prevent melting. Additionally, the tart can be garnished with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chopped walnuts for added texture.
