Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 30 grams Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat while whisking continuously.
  • Cook until the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the pudding into ramekins or serving bowls.
  • Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature.
  • Cover the ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your milk pudding.

Notes

For best results, ensure constant stirring while cooking to prevent the pudding from clumping or sticking to the bottom of the pan. You can add a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor, or top the pudding with fresh fruit or nuts for added texture.
