Equipment

  • 4 mini loaf pans
  • 1 measuring cup set
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, and beaten egg.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into four portions and shape each portion into a mini loaf.
  • Place each mini loaf into a mini loaf pan.
  • Spread a tablespoon of ketchup over the top of each mini meatloaf.
  • Transfer the mini loaf pans onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Allow the mini meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding minced garlic or finely chopped bell peppers to the meat mixture. You can also use a mixture of ground beef and ground turkey for a lighter version. If you don't have mini loaf pans, shape the loaves by hand and place them directly on a baking sheet, adjusting cooking time as needed.
