Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease the baking dish lightly with butter.
  • Spread the mixed berries evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the berries in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a mix of your favorite berries like blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. If using frozen berries, thaw them first and drain any excess liquid to prevent the cobbler from becoming too runny. Enjoy your cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
