Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  • Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  • Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, then mix them into the batter.
  • Add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Ensure your bananas are very ripe to enhance the flavor and sweetness of the bread. You can also add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for additional texture and taste. Avoid overmixing the batter to keep the bread light and moist.
