Equipment

  • 1 Whisk
  • 4 serving glasses or jars
  • 1 Small saucepan
  • 1 Rubber spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Stir in the chai spice blend and mix until evenly distributed.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and combine it with the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among the serving glasses, pressing it down to form a crust layer.
  • Spoon the cheesecake pudding mixture on top of the crust in each glass.
  • Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours to allow them to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

For a more intense chai flavor, consider steeping a chai tea bag in the cream for a few minutes before whipping. Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the cheesecake mixture. You can also garnish the parfaits with a sprinkle of chai spice or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra delicious touch.
