  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 measuring cup set
  • 1 measuring spoon set

Ingredients

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust 9-inch
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 1 package instant white chocolate pudding mix 3.4 ounces
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling 21 ounces
  • 2 ounce white chocolate shaved

Instructions

  • Pour the cold milk into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the instant white chocolate pudding mix into the milk.
  • Whisk the mixture until it begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the premade graham cracker crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pudding layer.
  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the whipped cream layer.
  • Sprinkle the shaved white chocolate over the top as a garnish.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that the milk and heavy cream are well-chilled before starting, as this will help the pudding and whipped cream set properly. Additionally, using a sharp knife to shave the white chocolate will give a more refined finish to the pie's presentation.
