Ingredients
  

  • 20 Oreos crushed
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the melted butter into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring.
  • Evenly sprinkle the crushed Oreos over the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Allow the cobbler to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra indulgent twist, serve the Oreo Cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. If you prefer a less sweet dessert, consider reducing the sugar by a quarter cup. Make sure to crush the Oreos into medium-sized chunks to maintain a delightful texture in the cobbler.
