Ingredients
  

  • 36 units Oreo cookies crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips melted

Instructions
 

  • Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Using two forks, dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place dipped truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to achieve a smooth and consistent filling. You can also customize your truffles by adding different toppings such as crushed nuts, sprinkles, or a drizzle of white chocolate on top for an extra decorative touch.
