Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the crumbled feta cheese into the blender or food processor.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Season with black pepper and salt, then blend again to combine.
  • Transfer the dip to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the chopped parsley.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dip rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir the dip before serving and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with additional smoked paprika and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality feta cheese and fresh lemon juice to enhance the flavors of this dip. Feel free to adjust the amount of smoked paprika to your taste preference, and consider serving with warm pita bread or fresh vegetables for a delightful appetizer.
