Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh peaches diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches with 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese with the remaining sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • In a saucepan, heat the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs to form a crust mixture.
  • Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  • Top with the prepared peach mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the peach mixture for an extra zesty kick. Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to ensure a smooth texture. Adjust the sugar quantity based on the sweetness of your peaches.
