Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pears ripe and sliced
  • 4 cup Mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  • Add the mixed greens to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss to coat the leaves.
  • Arrange the sliced pears on top of the greens.
  • Sprinkle the toasted walnuts and crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
  • Let the salad rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the salad with salad serving tongs immediately.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the dressing. Make sure to toast the walnuts beforehand to enhance their nutty flavor and add crunch to the salad. If you prefer a sweeter salad, use pears that are fully ripe and juicy.
