Equipment

  • 1 medium frying pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 toaster or grill

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slice bread
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slice cheese
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced red and green bell peppers to the pan.
  • Sauté the peppers for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  • Season the peppers with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
  • Toast or grill the slices of bread to your preference.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each of two slices of toasted bread.
  • Spoon the sautéed peppers evenly over the cheese on each slice.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  • Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of chili flakes to the peppers while sautéing. You can also experiment with different types of cheese or add a layer of hummus or pesto for additional flavor. Make sure to slice the peppers thinly to ensure even cooking and a balanced texture in every bite.
