  • 1 9x13 inch baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 package Instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pistachios using a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar for garnish.

Notes

For an extra moist cake, consider adding a tablespoon of sour cream to the batter. Always let the cake cool completely before slicing to ensure clean cuts. You can store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
