  • 1 wok or large skillet
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Measuring spoons set
  • 1 Stirring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Pok Choi washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the chopped Pok Choi and stir-fry for 2 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until the Pok Choi is tender.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately as a side dish.

Notes

For the best results, ensure that the Pok Choi is thoroughly washed and dried before cooking to avoid excess moisture in the stir-fry. Adjust the seasoning to your taste and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes if you prefer a bit of heat.
