Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Electric mixer
  • 1 microwave-safe bowl
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Serving dish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  • Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the pumpkin cheesecake dip in the serving dish.
  • Use a spatula to gently swirl the white chocolate into the pumpkin mixture.
  • Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
  • Cover the dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to achieve a smooth texture. If the white chocolate seizes while melting, add a few more drops of heavy cream and stir until smooth. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste preference.
