Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Season the dip with salt, black pepper, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg, then mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in the chopped fresh parsley and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving platter or bowl.
  • Allow the dip to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality pumpkin puree and fresh feta cheese for a richer flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and consider adding a bit more honey if you prefer a sweeter dip.
