Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a Bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared Bundt pan, sprinkling pecans between layers if using.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly over the layered biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, make sure to evenly coat the biscuit pieces with the cinnamon sugar mixture for a balanced flavor throughout the bread. You can customize the recipe by adding different nuts or even cranberries for an additional festive touch. If you prefer a sweeter glaze, consider drizzling a simple sugar glaze on top after baking.
